Mimi Tung - Founder of ArtMazing Space (Counseling Centre), is a Registered Art therapist (ATR-BC) and Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) who received her Master degree in California. Before she moved back Hong Kong, she was practicing at the Comprehensive Care Program of the Children and Adolescent Psychiatry, the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford, California and Agape Center for Counseling in Beijing. Apart from her private practice, she also offers individual and group therapy at various social services centres, hospitals and schools since coming back to Hong Kong. She is the Head of “Make it Better” Programme of the Sovereign Art Foundation which uses expressive arts to help underprivileged children with special education needs. She is formely the President of the Hong Kong Association of Art Therapists.
She had worked in a variety of settings more than 10 years including inpatient, outpatient, community mental health centers, patients self-help organizations, elderly homes, schools and church; and with people of diverse ethnicity individually or in groups.
Individual and group psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults with mental illness, patient groups, couples and family.
Adolescents with anxiety, social phobia, eating disorders, depression, bipolar, psychosis, trauma, and suicidal and self-mutilating behaviors, and children with Special Education Needs (SEN). Her practice consists of the use of multimodal arts: visual arts, clay, photography, writing, multimedia and sandplay.

She began using art to promote mental health in 2005 and has always been passionate in art promotion and education. She has lived in Hong Kong, San Francisco, London, Shanghai and Beijing. She can provide therapy and training in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
